Order Processing
At Trxbe, we take pride in crafting wearable art that reflects Afro-inspired elegance. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order before it’s shipped. For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing may take additional time, depending on the complexity of the design. Your dedicated style advisor will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure your unique creation is delivered with the utmost care.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship across the globe, so no matter where you are, you can experience the artistry of Trxbe. Shipping times and rates are as follows:
- North America & Europe: $30 flat rate (4-8 business days)
- Asia & Australia: $55 flat rate (4-8 business days)
- Africa: $30 flat rate (4-8 business days)
- Ghana, Nigeria & Sierra Leone: Free (4-8 business days)
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey to your doorstep. For international orders, we make every effort to minimize customs duties, and these fees are rarely applied. However, if they do arise, any additional charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Style Credits
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange or style credit option. You can exchange items or receive style credits within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
To initiate an exchange or style credit, contact us at clientservice@trxbeluxury.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
